Tartu New Theatre is located in the Old Town, next to the Botanical Garden.
Entrance is under the theatre flags, unless stated otherwise.
Short-term stopping is permitted in front of the theatre building for passenger drop-off and pick-up (after that, parking is available in the city’s paid parking areas).
When entering through the main building, please note that there is a short flight of steps. Step-free access via a ramp is available through the theatre courtyard; for courtyard access, please inform the theatre in advance. Independent wheelchair access to the Small Hall is currently not available, but assistance can be provided. Accessibility may vary between halls.
For performances with available seating, visitors with visual or hearing impairments have the opportunity to reserve seats in the front rows. Additional information from the box office.

The campaign helps children and young people from low-income families attend the theatre. You can support the campaign by donating your bottle return deposit at a recycling machine, placing your deposit bottles in the "Aitan Lapsi" collection box at the theatre, or by making a donation to the Aitan Lapsi Charity Foundation.

Please assess whether a production is suitable for your child before purchasing tickets — the theatre’s recommendations are provided with the production information when applicable. Every child occupying their own seat requires a ticket, regardless of age. Infants in arms are welcome only at children’s performances.
During the performance, the theatre building is closed to other visitors in order to ensure a safe environment and an atmosphere appropriate for the performance.
Under normal circumstances, the Theatre does not offer ticket refunds. Further details are available in the terms of purchase.
