Ticket sales for theatre events (including the sale of products related to other events) are mediated by Fienta Ticketing OÜ. The rights and obligations of both the buyer and Fienta, including liability, privacy terms, and other relevant matters, are set out in the Fienta Terms of service for the ticket buyer.
In case the Theatre uses a different platvorm for the sale of event tickets or other products and services, this will be indicated separately. In such cases, the platvorm’s general terms and conditions apply in addition to the Theatre’s terms of purchase (and the Fienta terms and conditions do not apply).
The Theatre does not offer refunds for tickets to scheduled events. Ticket exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
Tickets for events cancelled due to reasons beyond the Theatre’s control (e.g. a government order) will be exchanged for tickets to future events or for gift cards of equal value. Tickets for events cancelled due to reasons attributable to the Theatre may, upon request, be refunded.
By completing the purchase, the buyer agrees to comply with any restrictions, rules, and instructions in force at the time of the event, even if these were not in effect at the time of purchase. Compliance may be required by orders, directives, or laws issued by the Government, the Health Board, the Rescue Board, or other authorities, with the aim of protecting the health and safety of theatre audiences and practitioners.
Ticket exchanges and refunds for events organised by third parties at Tartu New Theatre are handled by the organiser and according to the organiser’s terms and conditions.
